Thank you for shopping with SPIRRIT. All of our devices are carefully checked and verified before being sold. This policy explains how exchanges, returns, and refunds are handled when you purchase from us.
By placing an order on the SPIRRIT website, you confirm that you accept the rules stated in this policy.

2. When a Return is Allowed
Our goal is to make sure your experience is fair and clear. You may request a return in these situations:
A. Wrong Item Sent
If you receive a product that does not match what you ordered and it is still sealed with all original contents, it can be returned.
B. Item Arrived Faulty or Damaged
If your device arrives not working properly, damaged, or clearly different from the listing, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery.
C. Change of Mind (10 Days)
You may also return a product simply because you no longer want it, as long as:

A small fee may be deducted to cover handling and delivery costs.
3. Handling Charges & Deductions
Depending on the condition of the returned device:
Unopened and unused:
A small processing charge (5%-20%) may be applied based on shipping and handling.
Opened but unused and fully working:
A 20% restocking and handling fee may apply, plus the cost of return shipping.
Delivery Costs:
Return shipping is paid by the customer, even if the original order was shipped for free.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
We aim to deliver only quality-checked devices. If a return or cancellation occurs, the following applies:
A. If SPIRRIT Cancels the Order
We may cancel an order due to stock issues, failed inspections, or technical reasons. If this happens:

Card or online payments will be refunded to the same payment method

Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded by bank transfer
B. After You Send a Device Back
Once we receive the returned item, it will be checked. If it meets the return requirements:

Your refund will be processed within a few business days

You will be notified once it is completed
SPIRRIT is not responsible for any damage that happens while the item is being shipped back to us.
5. Returns We Cannot Accept
We may reject a return if:

The device has water damage, impact marks, or signs of misuse

6. What You Must Do Before Returning
